What the buyer wants
2M-IT Oy will set up a dynamic purchasing system that will allow the acquisition of telecommunications connections and related services described in this invitation to participate and its annexes. The contracting entity shall tender the services it needs for itself and as part of its own service production in the form of contracts within the DPS for which the invitations to tender specify and describe in more detail each individual procurement needs. DPS targets mainly: - Fixed interfaces - Mobile broadband - Professional services - Service management The supplier shall take into account that when entering the dynamic purchasing system, the supplier is obliged to sign the confidentiality undertaking attached to the contract notice.

In order to demonstrate experience, the candidate shall have at least one (1) reference for the past three (3) years which meets the following requirements: The total actual value of billing for fixed and / or mobile network connections and related services provided by the candidate to one (1) customer over one (1) year has been at least €200,000. The candidate indicates the following information about the reference: - Reference customer - Contact person email address and / or telephone number of the reference customer - Date of the reference (billing interval, start of execution and completion) - A brief description of the content of the reference delivery. The description shall show in general terms the compliance of the content of the delivery with the above requirements and the role of the candidate in the delivery. - Value of reference delivery
