What the buyer wants
The Rainbow School's joint municipal board maintains a special school in Rainbow, which provides pre-primary and basic education to children and young people in need of individual support. The staff currently consists of 1 head / principal of the joint municipal boards, 1 administrative secretary, 11 special category teachers, one of whom also works as an assistant principal and 39 school counselors. The joint municipal authorities of the Rainbow School ask for an offer for an overall ICT service package. The aim is to move now Services provided and managed by the City of Pieksämäki Information Administration to the new service provider's responsibility in a controlled, safe and continuous manner. Acquisition includes exit from the current environment, migration, continuous technical ICT services and the overall responsible ICT management and ICT manager service supporting the customer's operational and tactical operations.

Kuntayhtymän henkilökunta koostuu tällä hetkellä 1 kuntayhtymän johtaja/rehtori, 1 hallintosihteeri, 11 erityisluokanopettajaa, joista yksi työskentelee myös apulaisrehtorina sekä koulunkäynninohjaajia yhteensä 39. Sateenkaaren koulun kuntayhtymä pyytää tarjousta kokonaisvastuullisesta ICT-palvelukokonaisuudesta. Tavoitteena on siirtää nykyisin Pieksämäen kaupungin tietohallinnon tuottamat ja hallinnoimat palvelut uuden palveluntuottajan vastuulle hallitusti, turvallisesti ja opetustoiminnan jatkuvuus turvaten. Hankinta sisältää nyky-ympäristöstä irtautumisen, käyttöönottomigraation, jatkuvat tekniset ICT-palvelut sekä asiakkaan operatiivista ja taktista toimintaa tukevan kokonaisvastuullisen ICT-hallinta- ja ICT-päällikköpalvelun.
