   We ask for your offer with information based on the repository to support your management. The Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences has been implemented as a reporting package, which uses the central repository as a basis for the reports. Information is transferred to the repository from the source systems of both the economy, student administration and personnel management using interfaces, file transfers and, to some extent, hand-held files. Data transferred to the repository is processed and transferred as Azure Data Factory transfers to the tables which form the basis for a number of data models designed for different purposes, which are downloaded for use in Power BI service reports. The need for support will be twofold. On the other hand, we need a partner who continuously monitors the operation of the repository and responds promptly to possible disruptions. On the other hand, there is a prospect that data sources will be added to the data repository, so support and expertise will be needed when the required workload is developed in this respect. A framework agreement is concluded with the selected supplier for an indefinite period. The terms of termination are set out in the draft agreement. Acquisition is not split because the services to be procured constitute a single technical and operational entity, the realisation of which requires a coherent division of responsibilities and seamless cooperation. In the light of the market dialogue, there are sufficient providers in the market that are able to deliver the whole package, so that non-partitioning does not restrict competition.
