Comparable services are recognized (see self-declaration of suitability): which are comparable in type and extent with the relevant service.

If the client requires references that are not contained in the prequalification databases or do not meet the minimum requirements for comparable services defined above, these must be submitted in addition. The responsible persons must have personal references from the last 3 years, which include the services comparable to the contract and are suitable to supplement or replace the references of the tenderer. Otherwise, the required company references shall be provided by way of a technical and professional qualification loan.
