What the buyer wants
The purpose of this call is to conclude a framework contract for mobile communications. At present, the Oberbergische Kreis manages about 500 mobile telephone contracts in the headquarters. All contracts are currently with Telekom Deutschland GmbH and expire gradually, but at the latest by 20.01.2028. A list of when and how many contracts expire can be found in the procurement documents. The framework agreement is to be concluded for a maximum of 590 mobile telephone contracts. Before the expiry of the existing contracts (at the latest 28 days before) a porting of the existing numbers by the contractor must be carried out. At the time of the tender, 77 contracts have already expired and are to be ported to the contractor after conclusion of the contract.
