Selection Criterion 2.1 - References To demonstrate technical and professional ability, please submit at least two (maximum 4) suitable references relating to the subject service using the reference template. In the case of bidding consortia and bidders who rely on other companies within the framework of reliance on third-party capacities, the service provider of the reference—i.e., the relevant member of the consortium or the capacity-lending entity—must be indicated in the reference template in the field "Reference of the candidate / bidder". If necessary, please use the reference template multiple times. In particular, the following details must be provided for the references:  Description of the services performed,  Value of the contract in EUR, based on the relevant reference period,  Period of service performance,  Indication of the responsible contact point at the client of the reference, including address and contact details.  In addition, the following minimum requirements apply to the specified references: a) The references must include at least one contract from a public contracting authority within the meaning of Section 99 GWB; b) In the area of federal public administration, the subject matter of the contract covers the provisioning, monitoring, and operation of a multi-cloud (public, private, hybrid) and support services, taking into account the relevant aspects of information security, data protection, and protection of classified information; c) The subject matter of the contract covers the following technical focal points: • Security appliances and software solutions from various manufacturers (Genua, F5, Checkpoint) • NetApp storage technologies, Hitachi storage technologies • VMware virtualization and cloud technologies • Linux operating systems of the Red Hat Enterprise Linux distribution and their management systems and applications • Microsoft operating systems as of Windows Server 2019 and standard and open-source applications based thereon, as well as corresponding management systems and tools • Technologies/tools/methods: REST API, SwaggerUI, Elastic Stack, Kubernetes, Docker or Podman, Ansible, git, Jenkins, GitOps, Terraform, Puppet, Helm, React, CI/CD, Spring, Spring-Boot, JEE • Quota management • Implementation of security measures in accordance with public administration requirements to protect data and applications d) The reference must not be older than three years (the date of the last service delivery calculated up to the date of the contract notice is decisive); e) The reference must have a minimum duration of 18 months; any interruptions in service delivery do not count towards the minimum duration (the duration achieved up to the date of the contract notice is decisive); f) The scope provided by the company within the reference in the area of public administration at the federal and/or state level covers at least 1,600 person-days/year in each case, or the value of the contract for the respective reference…

Selection Criterion 2.2.1 - Qualification Profile 1 - Cloud Developer - Junior To demonstrate personnel capacity, please specify in the annex "Self-Declaration of Specialists" the number of technical specialists to be deployed in connection with the provision of services. In the area of services, the following minimum number per contract year is required:  Cloud Developer - Junior: 18 technical specialists (FTE). Please submit proof in the form of the completed annex "Self-Declaration of Specialists". In the case of consortia / joint ventures, the employee figures of the respective bidder constellation are added together. In the case of bidders relying on the capacities of other entities (reliance on third-party capacities), each capacity-lending entity must submit the completed annex "Self-Declaration of Specialists". The employee figures of the respective capacity-lending entity therefore apply. The Cloud Developer - Junior must meet the general requirements in accordance with Chapter 4.3 of the Service Description as well as the following professional requirements: a) Professional and project experience: at least 1 year of professional experience as a Cloud Developer b) Practical experience in the following areas: o Conceptualization and development of cloud platform services and cloud services o Automation of the software development process and execution of software deployments (DevOps) o Preparation and evaluation of solution concepts o Preparation of service designs o Support within the framework of the established Service Level Agreements (on-call duty) o Automation of cloud service provisioning for requesting entities o Portal development for self-service ordering of cloud services by requesting entities o Troubleshooting / incident resolution of services o Performing quality assurance and test management c) Practical knowledge of the following tools / technologies: o Knowledge and project experience in the following scripting or programming languages: Shell programming, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Python, PHP, Go, Kotlin, Groovy, Rust o Knowledge and at least 1 year of project or practical experience each in at least 5 of the following technologies/tools/methods: REST API, SwaggerUI, Elastic Stack, Kubernetes, Docker or Podman, Ansible, git, Jenkins, GitOps, Terraform, Puppet, Helm, React, CI/CD, Spring, Spring-Boot, JEE o Jira, Confluence, Conceptboard As proof of compliance with the technical capacity requirements, submit the self-declaration on the number of specialists using the annex "Self-Declaration of Specialists". Eligibility criterion 2.3.1 -Proof of technical and professional performance (information security management system according to ISO 27001) To demonstrate technical and professional performance, please provide proof of valid certification through an ISO 27001 information security management system or equivalent.

Eligibility criterion 1.1 Specific annual minimum turnover In order to demonstrate economic and financial capacity, the total turnover/turnover of the contract for the last three financial years shall be given. The required sector-specific minimum net turnover for each financial year is EUR 40,000,000 (net). The net annual turnover is then area-specific if it relates to the displayed service contents of the installation "Service Description". Please send the completed system self-declaration turnover, which proves the respective annual values of the last three financial years before order notice. In the case of groupings of bidders, the turnover of the respective bid constellation is added. In the case of a group of tenderers, the Annex self-declaration turnover shall be completed by the authorised member of the group of tenderers for the respective members of the group of tenderers. In the case of bidders involving other undertakings under the Eligibility Loan, the abovementioned minimum turnover for the last three financial years shall be disclosed by the undertaking providing the Eligibility Loan. Please send the completed plant self-declaration turnover for each suitability granting company. If you cannot provide the documents for legitimate reasons, please inform the awarding authority of the ITZBund of these reasons and provide other suitable proof of economic and financial capacity. The awarding authority shall then, at its reasonable discretion, decide on the acceptance of the alternative proof. If you are uncertain about this, please contact the awarding authority in good time before the expiry of the offer period in the form of an applicant/tenderer question. Asking and teaching another (more suitable) Evidence is no longer possible after the closing date for procurement reasons. Where several lots are offered, the minimum turnover must be declared cumulative.
