The bidder must offer the technical and administrative support completely in German language (word and writing) (language level >=B2) training in German language It must be provided for the FZJ adapted Snow software training in German (language level B2) -Good experience with Flexera snow software The bidder must demonstrate at least [3] years of experience in the implementation and support of the snow software.
The proof shall be provided by project histories or certifications. -Experience with customers in the public sector The bidder must have experience in cooperation with clients of the public sector (e.g. authorities, municipalities, public law corporations).
Through references about projects carried out taking into account EVB-IT contracts or specific security requirements of the federal/state state. - Support on-premise operation The proof of sound knowledge in on-premise operation (including maintenance, updates and troubleshooting) is to be provided by submitting at least [3] corresponding customer references
