Framework agreement for the provision of the Station for Development

Economic operators submitting the offer must prove a form of registration under the conditions of the law of the country of residence, to reiterate that the economic operator is legally constituted, that it is not in any of the situations of annulment of the constitution and that it has the professional capacity to perform the activities covered by the framework agreement. How to demonstrate compliance with the requirement: the D.U.A.E. will be completed by economic operators participating in the award procedure with information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfilment of those assumed by the completion of the D.U.A.E. shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the highest bidder in the intermediate ranking drawn up on completion of the evaluation of tenders. Documents requested: a) for Romanian legal entities: - certificate issued by the Trade Register Office; b) for foreign legal entities: - edifying documents proving a form of registration as legal person or of registration / attestation or professional membership, in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which the tenderer is resident. The documents will be presented together with their authorised translation into Romanian. In the case of an association, each associate shall provide these documents. As the documents will be requested from the highest bidder, they will be valid at the time of submission. Failure to submit such documents shall lead to the exclusion of the tenderer from the proceedings.
