Provision - L- 4 CDI Laptop (Mobile Data Purchase and Numerical Modelling for Laser Laboratory)

It is registered in commercial registers in the Member State of establishment as described in Annex XI to Directive 2014 / 24 / EU; economic operators in certain Member States may be required to comply with other requirements set out in that Annex. The supporting documents proposing the fulfilment of those assumed by the completion of the DUAE, i.e. the finding certificate issued by the ONRC or in the case of foreign bidders, equivalent documents issued in the country of residence, are to be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked 1st in the intermediate ranking after the application of the award critter on the admissible tenders, prior to the award of the contract.

The tenderer shall specify the part (s) of the contract to be subcontracted and the recognition dates of the proposed subcontractors, if known at the time of submission of the tender. DUAE completed by the tenderer in which it will also include information on the part of the contract to be subcontracted and will have the subcontracting agreement attached. Subcontractors on whose capacity the tenderer is based will in turn complete a separate DUAE, including information on exclusion situations as referred to in Articles 164, 165 and 167 of Law No 98 / 2016 as well as those which are relevant in terms of the capacity on which the tenderer is based. If a qualification requirement is not met by the subcontractor, it will only submit the DUAE for demonstration of non-compliance with the exclusion grounds.
