Framework agreement for the purchase of Microsoft licenses, including consultancy and support services

In order to prove the qualification and permission to practice the profession, proof must be provided that the tenderer is registered in the professional or commercial register (extract from the commercial register, not older than 1 year).

Proof of company liability insurance coverage with the following coverage sums: o For property and personal injury with at least. 5,000,000 € Coverage amount per claim o For real property damage with at least. 1,000,000 € cover sum per claim or o submission of a self-declaration that, in the case of an order, any existing shortfalls will be adjusted to the above mentioned cover sums and proof of this adjustment will be submitted to the client within 4 weeks after the award of the contract

Proof of creditworthiness with a credit index on an own report of a credit agency (credit reform, guarantor, others) or equivalent proof of an auditing firm from the country in which the bidder is registered (not older than 12 months). Minimum requirement: A Probability of default max. 1,5 %. Note: A bank report, certificate in tax matters or a document comparable to it are not recognized credit certificates and are not accepted as proof.

At the time of submission of the offer, the bidder must be entitled to distribute and provide the advertised Microsoft products in the cloud solution provider model for public customers in Germany. As proof, a valid confirmation from Microsoft must be submitted at the time of submission of the offer.

At the time of submission of the offer, the bidder must be entitled to process trade partner changes, orders, installments, software assurance processes and renewals on the basis of Select Plus BMI for eligible public clients in Germany. The bidder must demonstrate three comparable references from the last three years. The information requested must be entered in full in the attached document intended for that purpose and must be submitted together with the tender. The reference projects are checked with regard to the contract volume and the project content to see whether they are comparable with the subject-matter of the contract.
