Registration in a professional register

The suitability can be proven as follows: - self-declaration of suitability "Form 124 LD" (form see award documents - Appendix 5) - the bidder can also prove his suitability by entering in a list of entrepreneurs and suppliers (ULV) such as in the ULV of the contract consultancy office Saxony-Anhalt or the official list of prequalified companies (AVPQ) of the IHK. Instead of being entered in an ULV list, the certificate of competence may also be issued by a certificate issued by a recognised prequalification body. The certificate shall specify the selection criteria of the award rules that have been checked during the prequalification. From foreign bidders equivalent certificates of their countries of origin can be submitted - furthermore, the client accepts a uniform European self-declaration according to § 50 VgV for provisional proof of suitability
