Company turnover (net) for the last three financial years of the bidder/group (VD 124). If an entity has not yet been able to provide turnover for three closed financial years due to its recent commencement of operations, it is considered (only) for financial years with actual business. If reference is to be made to entries in a prequalification directory or a comparable directory, the offer must be accompanied by the information necessary for access to the respective directory (registration number, access code, etc.). Companies are responsible for ensuring that the evidence provided in the respective list meets the requirements of this call for tenders. Alternatively, the registration option in VD 124 can also be used to provide the required proofs.

Indication of min. 3 references from the last 3 calendar years, which are comparable to the service to be awarded (see VD 124). The minimum requirement for references is that a (!) Reference must necessarily include at least a volume of 685,000.00 euros. The amount of the reference order value shall be indicated within VD 124. The notification shall be made with the indication of a contact person and his contact details. Only those projects which have been carried out in the bidder's own name and on his behalf with his own staff may be designated as references. The required information must be submitted and can in particular not be refused by applicants/tenderers with reference to data protection concerns. Candidates/tenderers shall be responsible for the legality of the data transfer. This also includes the obligation to endeavour to obtain the consent of the reference provider for the data transfer. If the requested information is not submitted with the tender/application, the references concerned may not be taken into account in the tender evaluation. Ultimately, this can lead to exclusion in the procurement procedure.
