Framework agreement on procurement of Zscaler rental licenses, renewal and consolidation

1.1. Minimum requirements (exclusion criteria) Delivery must be made by a manufacturer-authorized Zscaler reseller. The bidder must present his valid marketing authorization (partner status) with the offer by means of a suitable proof (e.g. manufacturer certificate). • Self-declaration on the absence of grounds for exclusion according to §§ 123, 124 GWB • Self-declaration on the prohibition of placing orders with Russian companies according to the EU sanctions against Russia. 1.2. Proof of company liability insurance • Tenderers shall complete Form L 124 in full. The required minimum amounts of cover result directly from Section 13 of the EVB-IT framework agreement. Form L 124 must be submitted with the tender. Proof of data protection compliance (DPA) Since personal data of the 1,500 users (including IP addresses, user IDs, Internet protocol data) are processed within the framework of the provision of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) Essentials Edition, each bidder is obliged to submit a complete copy of the current and manufacturer-authorized Zscaler Data Processing Agreement (DPA) including all applicable attachments (technical-organizational measures, subcontractor lists) with the offer.

Tenderers shall complete Form L 1240 in full. The required minimum amounts of cover result directly from Section 13 of the EVB-IT framework agreement. Form L 1240 must be submitted with the tender.
