What the buyer wants
The subject of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a Git Lab reseller framework contract. This entitles you to purchase the products of the manufacturer GitLab at a previously defined price. The price indicated in the price sheet is binding for the entire duration of three years. The reseller framework agreement covers the purchase of GitLab products, as well as advice and support in the selection of products and in the optimization of licenses, proactive information in the event of changes in the license conditions, prices and new GitLab products and in communication with the manufacturer (e.g. in the event of changes or technical issues). Further details on the subject matter of the procedure and the conditions for the provision of services are given in particular in the annexes "Service Description" and "Framework Contract".
