The framework agreement serves the central procurement of needs that are uncertain in quantity and cannot be definitively determined in extent, but are regularly recurring.
The type of procurements expected to be required can include the following licenses and products (Technical Account Manager (TAM)) from the manufacturer Veeam: Veeam Data Platform - Premium (VUL) Veeam Box Licenses - Node-based Subscription License Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 Veeam Data Cloud The bidder has to give fixed discount rates on new business, for example for extensions with additional VUL packages and a discount of one discount rate on the respective valid list price for subscription terms.
Excluded from the aforementioned discount schemes are contract extensions and existing licenses (renewals). For these, only the special conditions granted by the manufacturer apply. The contract volume for the total sum of all individual orders (retrievals) during the entire contract period incl. Extension limited to 5 million EUR net. Upon reaching this limit, the contractual relationship ends.
The subject of this call for tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement without a call-off obligation for the procurement of temporary Veeam licenses and products incl. Upgrade and renew old inventory licenses.

Proof of certification: Veeam Certified Engineer "VMCE", Veeam Technical Sales Professional "VMTSP" and Veeam Sales Professional "VMSP" (With the offer; by self-declaration): The bidder has the following cumulative certifications, which must be attached to the offer and which must be fulfilled during the execution of the order (during the support/hotline):
- at least 2 Veeam Certified Engineer "VMCE",
- at least 4 Veeam Technical Sales Professional "VMTSP",
- at least 6 Veeam Sales Professional "VMSP" The certifications of the manufacturer Veeam must not be older than 2 years. The deadline shall be the date on which the offer is made.
