1. Lot 1Beratungs- und Entwicklungsleistungen

   The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework contract for support, development and consulting services in the environment of the existing SAP system landscape, in particular the SAP S/4 HANA solution. The focus of service provision is on supporting ongoing SAP operations as well as the continuous development and optimization of applications and processes. The services include in particular: - Implementation of customizing as well as functional and technical extensions - Development, operation and further development of technical components and interfaces - Consulting and professional conception in the respective SAP domains - 2nd and 3rd level support: Analysis and processing of incidents as well as processing of service requests - Implementation of changes (including tests, documentation and quality assurance) - Documentation and presentation of work results The services are awarded in the form of a framework agreement with a maximum of four framework contract partners for lots 1 and 2 and a maximum of three framework contract partners for lot 3. The precise design of the power contents is effected with the respective individual calls. The persons intended for use by the contractor (AN) cover the requirements according to the catalogue of criteria. The following framework conditions exist for the provision of services: - The contractor is used as required on request by the IVZ - The data and information controller is the respective organization, for its booking group - Host i. S. d. Operation is the IVZ for the client (all booking groups) - It is necessary to make changes in the individual booking groups with regard to customizing - The customer does not provide the service providers with any hardware (PC, telephone or similar). A framework contract for the service to be tendered is to be concluded for a term of 3 years, starting from 01.01.2027, with the option of a one-time extension of 12 months. This option relates only to the extension of the term of the contract.
