   The object and objective is a framework agreement with a trading partner for the purchase of licenses for software products and other related services of Adobe under the licensing program Value Incentive Plan Marketplace (VIP MP). In addition, services are to be provided that are related to the purchase of the licenses, in particular license advice (including technical evaluation) and reporting services. Lecos GmbH, the City of Leipzig and various owned companies of the City of Leipzig have Adobe VIP Marketplace contracts. Lecos GmbH provides the procurement of software products as well as all communication and processing of these contracts. Lecos GmbH is entitled to conclude these contracts. The contracts are partly connected via a linked membership. It is planned to conclude a 3-year-commit for some contracts. Existing licenses for software products are to be extended or through new contracts and new licenses are purchased. Additional contracts may be added during the term of the framework agreement. The existing contracts were opened as "Commercial". The renewal of the licenses may be planned through "government" contracts. In addition, there are efforts to replace contracts with "non-profit" contracts. The trading partner must also be able to serve these segments. Only the purchase is advertised via Adobe VIP Marketplace. The purchase via an Adobe Enterprise Terms License Agreement (ETLA) was checked in advance and excluded.
