What the buyer wants
Currently, about 270 multifunction devices (hereinafter referred to as printers) from the manufacturer Lexmark are used. The printers are currently distributed at 48 locations in the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt. The contractor is expected to manage the accessories and consumables for all printers. Only original products (new products) from the printer manufacturer Lexmark approved for the European market. The service is to be provided in the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt at the locations of the client. Further information on locations, printer types and current consumption is available in the procurement documents.
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist ein Rahmenvertrag über die Lieferung von Verbrauchsmaterial und Zubehör für die im Eigentum der Auftraggeberin stehenden Multifunktionsgeräte, die Wartung der vorhandenen Systeme, die Störungsbeseitigung und auf Anfrage die Bereitstellung von einzelnen Geräten auf Kauf- bzw. Mietbasis.

Two references from the relevant field of activity must be demonstrated. The references shall relate to different contracting entities and shall not be older than 3 years from the end of the deadline for the submission of tenders. A contracting authority must be a contracting authority within the meaning of § 99 GWB. The number of multifunction devices/printers to be serviced must be at least 200 per reference, with each contract period being at least 2 years. For each of these at least 200 MFPs, services must also have been provided. These are minimum requirements.
In the case of an order, the client requires a company liability insurance with the following cover sums in each case: material damage per damage event at least 3 million. EUR, personal injury per loss event at least 3 million; EUR; resulting financial loss per loss event of at least 1 million; EUR, including in case of breach of data protection regulations.
