Information on the equipment and personnel available to perform the service.

Project management, governance and quality assurance — The tenderer shall demonstrate that recognised project management and governance standards are applied in the provision of services. — The project organisation shall ensure effective, efficient and structured project implementation and provide for binding representation arrangements. As evidence, a presentation of the applied project management and governance standards, including the intended representation arrangements, shall be provided.

The bidder has selected the following SAP modules or SAP modules. Areas to prove at least one senior consultant who has at least five years of consulting and customizing experience in the respective area and is available for service provision during the service provision period: – SAP PA – SAP OM – SAP PY – SAP EES For each of the areas mentioned, at least one corresponding consultant profile must be submitted as proof.

Senior Developer Profiles The bidder has selected for the following SAP modules, i.e. Evidence of at least one developer who has at least five years of development experience in the respective area and is available for service provision during the service provision period: – SAP PA – SAP OM – SAP PY – SAP ESS For each of the mentioned areas, at least one corresponding developer profile must be submitted as proof.

SAP system architecture and SAP cloud The bidder must prove at least one consultant for SAP system architectures in the SAP cloud environment. The consultants intended for service provision must each have at least three years of experience in setting up and supporting cloud processes and be available during the service provision period. At least one relevant advisor profile shall be provided as evidence.

SAP cloud applications For the support of the following SAP cloud applications or Areas to demonstrate suitable personnel. The intended consultants must have at least three years of experience in supporting the respective cloud processes and be available during the service provision period: – SAP BTP with Integration Suite – SAP Fiori interfaces – SAP BDC For each of the mentioned areas, at least one suitable consultant profile must be submitted as proof.

Indication of comparable services for the last three financial years (2023, 2024, 2025) under name of the action, designation of the contracting entity and contact person with contact details (name, address, telephone, fax, e-mail address). Only contracts with a comparable contract content and scope (SAP HCM in public institutions with more than 3000 employees) are comparable. Minimum number of references: three

Support organisation The bidder must prove a suitable support organization for the advertised services. As proof, a service level agreement (SLA) or a description of the intended service desk must be provided.

Professional/company liability insurance The offeror must prove the existence of professional or company liability insurance. The corresponding proof of insurance must be presented with the offer.

Information security management The tenderer shall provide a valid ISO/IEC 27001 certification or equivalent proof of an equivalent information security management system.

Sales in the cloud SAP environment The bidder has to provide information on his sales in the cloud SAP area.

Self-declaration of total turnover (net) in relation to the last three financial years (2023, 2024, 2025).

Self-declaration on the number of employees of the bidder in relation to the last three completed financial years (2023, 2024, 2025) broken down into professional groups.

Indication of which parts of the contract the entity may intend to subcontract.
