HBK System – Analysis and projection of financial position and indicators

The purpose of this above-limit public service contract awarded in an open procedure pursuant to § 56 et seq.

ZVZZ is the conclusion (i) of a contract for the implementation of an application / applications aimed at supporting financial risk management for the needs of Risk Tools, HBK System - Analysis and projection of financial position and indicators ("HBK System - Analysis and projection of financial position and indicators"); "Implementation Agreement ') and (ii) follow-up contracts for the maintenance, support and development of the HBK System - Analysis and projection of financial position and indicators (Service Agreement); The implementation contract and the Service contract are collectively referred to as" contracts' or "contractual documentation ').

The public contract is intended to supply and implement a new application or applications aimed at supporting risk management tools and providing related services, namely:

• delivery and implementation of the HBK System
• Analysis and projection of financial position and indicators;
• services leading to the successful implementation of the HBK System
• Analysis and projection of financial position and indicators;
• long-term support and maintenance and small-scale development for 4 years from implementation of the HBK System
• Analysis and projection of financial position and indicators. On the basis of the Treaties, the subject matter of the Public Procurement will be implemented with one supplier whose tender will be assessed as the most economically advantageous on the basis of the evaluation of tenders. HBK system

• Analysis and projection of financial position and indicators is a technological solution, i.e. system / application or functional component that allows:
• implementation of analysis and projection based on input financial and non-financial data in accordance with applicable accounting standards (CAS, IFRS); (Analysis and projection means systematic examination and evaluation of the entity's financial data, future projections, assets, liabilities, income, costs and management. Projections of some indicators into the future. It is used to assess the financial health, performance and stability of the entity and to identify risks and opportunities for further decision-making.)
• to minimise user interference, i.e. the maximum possible automation of individual process parts;
• provision of unified outputs carried out by Analysis and Projection;
