What the buyer wants

Public procurement is intended to ensure that aid is granted for a period of 36 months for IBM Informix products. This is to provide standard support for SW products DODIMIX as specified in Annex 1.1 ZD - Detailed definition of the Supplier's performance for the period from 1.1.2027 to 31.12.2029.

Standard support means a product maintenance service and support that provides the client with the possibility of free access and authorisation to use the current version of the product and the correct version of the product, including updates thereof, if any; (b) the right to use supported product versions on any supported operating systems; (c) technical support for solving operational problems, installation and product configuration;

(d) assistance in the case of questions relating to routine operation, short-term installation and use (both to do questions), as well as questions relating to code (error or non-standard states, behaviour contrary to Product Documentation); (e) the solution of the Vad Product, defects related to the installation, configuration and operation of the products; (f) providing support via telephone or electronic means of communication on working days from 7: 00 to 5: 00 (hereinafter referred to as working hours);

(g) addressing category A severity defects for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
