2.1 Proof of professional/company liability insurance - "2.1 Proof of professional/company liability insurance: submission of a self-declaration by the bidder that a professional or company liability insurance is available or is concluded in the case of an order and this is maintained during the entire term of the contract (proof by self-declaration: Annex A2, Clause 2.1), In the case of a group of bidders, such insurance must be provided by at least one member or, alternatively, by the group itself. Minimum content requirement: Proof of an existing, currently valid existence of a company/professional liability insurance standard within and to the extent of a marketable occupational liability insurance or a comparable insurance from a member state of the EU; for personal and property and property damages in the usual amount. This or an additional insurance must also cover damages resulting from the provision, operation, support, maintenance or further development of the offered software solution. Alternatively, a binding self-declaration must be submitted that the tenderer concludes a corresponding insurance in the event of a surcharge and maintains it during the entire term of the contract. In this case, the offer must also be accompanied by a declaration from an insurer stating that he is ready to take out a corresponding insurance. The proof of the existing insurance cover must be provided on request of the awarding authority by suitable documents of the insurer

2.2 Self-declaration of company turnover - "2.2 Self-declaration of company turnover: submission of a self-declaration by the bidder/by each member of a group of bidders on its total and activity-related turnover for the last three completed financial years (proof by self-declaration: Annex A2, item 2.2). Minimum content requirement: "

3.1 Self-declaration on suitable company references - "3.1 Self-declaration on suitable company references: submission of a self-declaration on suitable references on previously executed orders comparable to the subject of the tender". A reference is comparable if it meets the following conditions: - The reference project essentially corresponds to the services advertised here. - Project start no longer than three calendar years ago. - The reference has been used productively over a period of at least 24 months within the last three calendar years. (Proof by self-declaration: Appendix A2, item 3.1). Minimum content requirement: At least three comparable reference projects shall be demonstrated. The reference must include the productive use of software for hospital bill auditing and case management at a statutory health insurance fund. Three of the proven references must cover at least 5 million insured persons. NOTE: The fulfilment of all minimum criteria must result from the description of the services provided in the self-declaration in Annex A2, Section 3.1
