What the buyer wants
The subject of the contract is the provision of HW maintenance services for the period up to 30.11.2027 to the extent that:
- ensure the delivery of original spare parts to the contracting authority or to a third party designated by it (SLA supplier for IS GP SR),
- in the event of the impossibility of repairing a given component or part of it to ensure the delivery of all or part of the new equipment,
- provide updates, security patches, firmware, new versions of controls and software parts of hardware components (part of the maintenance price) to the contracting authority or its third party,
- provide the required response times for the provision of HW maintenance services in delivery mode the following working day after the incident has been reported,
- provide comprehensive information to the contracting authority or its designated third party on the issue of new versions of controls, firmware or security charges of manufacturers of individual supported components at least one time per quarter, no later than 10 working days after the end of the previous quarter,
- telephone or e-mail support to Helpdesk (including ESPP), including the possibility of escalating the incident to the manufacturer.
