   The target of the acquisition is the internal accounting and financial management programme as a SaaS (EPM - Enterprise Performance Management) service. The internal accounting and financial control programme which is the subject of the acquisition is acquired as a software service, meaning that the programme is provided in an environment managed by the provider in such a way that the Client is solely responsible for the equipment, software and communications necessary to connect to the software service. The internal accounting and financial management programme (future internal accounting programme) that is the subject of the acquisition should provide planning and forecasting of the organisation's finances, internal accounting rules, monitoring and reporting. The internal calculation programme should enable efficient, secure and automated data management and analysis within the organisation. The internal accounting programme, together with the external accounting programme (accounting, financial management), must constitute a whole and ensure compliance with the statutory reporting requirements. The external calculation is not the subject of this acquisition. The Agreement shall be valid for a fixed period of 24 months from the date of signature of the Agreement and for an indefinite period thereafter.
