Introduction of a new cloud-based and future-proof travel expense reporting and reimbursement system at KfW and IPEX. The new SaaS solution will replace the current travel expense accounting tool (SAP HCM TRV). Essential functionalities: - Collection and management of travel costs and reimbursements - Approval and release workflows - Reporting and transparency - Document management and automation - Tax and payroll tax requirements - Fraud and error detection - Role and authorization concept - Deletion concept - App for use on mobile devices The tool should include the handling of the entire travel expense and expense reporting process digitally, efficiently and audit-proof, from collection to approval, verification and release of the costs to be reimbursed. In addition, it should offer the regulatoryly binding E invoice format and detailed reporting for more transparency and compliance.
