The support of a third party under Articles 182to 186 of Law No 98 / 2016 is permitted. Documentary evidence at the request of the Contracting Authority, the highest bidder will present accounts / financial statements for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025 or other edifying documents demonstrating the level of turnover declared in the DUAE. For values expressed in other currencies, the average annual rate reported by the NRB for the reference year will be used. If supported by the third party, the firm commitment and the documents resulting from the actual way of materialising the support will be presented.

Similar experience must be shown by the tenderer that, in the last 3 years calculated by the closing date for the submission of tenders, he has delivered similar products by a maximum of 3 contracts, the cumulative value of which is at least 770.530 lei without VAT. Similar products include products delivered in the field of data communications, LAN / WAN infrastructures, cyber security solutions, centralised network management platforms, active router, switch or firewall network equipment and associated services, without requiring brand / model identity. The method of fulfilment shall be completed by economic operators whose experience is intended to be taken into account. The requirement may be met by cumulation in the case of association and may benefit from the support of a third party under the terms of the law. The first-ranked tenderer shall submit relevant supporting documents such as reception minutes, recommendations, statement certificates or other edifying documents issued / countersigned by public or private beneficiaries, resulting in at least the object, the value of the products delivered and received, the period and the beneficiary. The number of contracts used to demonstrate similar experience shall be limited to a maximum of 3.
