Universitatea din București intenționează achiziția de Echipamente pentru dotarea zonei administrative și a facultăților din cadrul Universității, printr-un Acord Cadru încheiat pe o perioada de 1 an. (12 luni). Numar de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 17 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.

- Economic operators submitting a tender must prove a form of registration under the law of their country of residence, demonstrating that the economic operator is legally established, is not in any situation leading to the annulment of its establishment, and has the professional capacity to carry out the activities that are the subject of the public procurement contract. This requirement also applies to subcontractors for the portion of the contract they will perform, who shall fill in the information regarding their situation in a separate ESPD. In the case of tenders submitted by foreign legal entities, they shall submit any conclusive document in accordance with the legal requirements of the country in which the economic operator is established. Method of fulfillment: Initially, economic operators will complete the ESPD; subsequently, the economic operator ranked first after applying the award criterion will submit the supporting document proving the fulfillment of the commitments made by completing the ESPD, namely the certificate of status issued by the National Trade Register Office (ONRC), or in the case of foreign legal/natural entities, the equivalent documents issued in the country of residence, translated into Romanian, are to be submitted, upon request of the Contracting Authority, only by the tenderer ranked first in the ranking drawn up after applying the award criterion.
- List of main supplies of similar products for the last 3 years, calculated retroactively against the deadline for submission of the offer for lots 1,3,4 (similar products to the object of the lot in which they participate); The tenderers shall submit for the lots below, one or more contracts with similar object made in the last 3 years at the latest by the closing date for the submission of tenders the cumulative value of which must be at least equal to: - Lot 1 - 300,000,00 lei without VAT - Lot 3 - 990,000,00 lei without VAT - Lot 4 - 1.015.000,00 lei without VAT Method of fulfilment: Initially, DUAE will be completed, following that the economic operator ranked first after the application of the award criterion, to submit at the request of the contracting authority contracts accompanied by minutes of receipt / record / recommendation, etc., which support the information declared in the DUAE pursuant to Article 196 (2) of Law 98 / 2016
