IT hotline (second-level support)

- Provide three appropriate references of services provided in the last three years (from the date of publication, point 3.6 of the offer form). The references must concern second-level support. The supported hardware and software must be comparable to the hardware and software used by the customer (according to sections 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 of the specifications); Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Office. One of the references must already be provided over a period of at least 24 months with at least 1,000 IT jobs to be provided per year and at least 1,000 person-days per year. Two references must already be provided over a period of at least 12 months with at least 800 IT jobs to be provided per year and at least 800 person-days per year. They can be checked based on the contact details. If the references are provided by the prequalification information, the appropriate references shall be specified here.

- self-declaration of the average annual number of employees employed by the bidder in the last three years, broken down by occupational group (point 3.7 of the tender form). The bidder must have employed at least five IT project managers (according to clauses 5.3, 5.4 of the specifications) and at least 25 IT employees in first- and/or second-level support (according to clauses 5.3, 5.5 of the specifications).

- self-declaration on the turnover of the last three closed financial years, insofar as it concerns the field of activity of the services offered (point 3.5 of the offer form). The corresponding annual turnover must each be at least 2,000,000 euros (first- and/or second-level support).
