What the buyer wants
The scope of services of the specialist procedure LIMS serves to make the work processes in the different specialist areas more efficient as well as to fulfil the statutory mandatory tasks and includes the following tasks: a provision of standard software against one-off compensation on a permanent basis (sale): The contractor (AN) hands over 20 concurrent user licenses of a web-based LIMS standard software against one-off compensation on a permanent basis (sale).
These must be able to be operated in the infrastructure of the customer (on-premises). Optional: In addition, up to 10 further concurrent user licenses can be provided for a one-time payment on a permanent basis (sale).
There is no entitlement to accept the additional licences. b Customizing, installation, production setting, early life support: The services for customizing, installation, production setting and early life support are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the client, which have been specified in the procurement documents, as follows:

- Provision and development of the SAP interface
- Provision and development of the measuring device interface
- Installation, configuration and integration The specialist data from the previous specialist procedure will be migrated to the new specialist procedure LIMS. d) Training: Training courses are planned for about four professional and two technical admins as well as for about 50 practitioners including coordinated training documents. e Documentation The documentation includes an admin manual and a user manual in German. (f) Care services: The maintenance services include troubleshooting and the provision of available program statuses.It begins after acceptance of the overall system. g Other support services: The contractor undertakes to optimize the specialist application LIMS, expand it to better support the business processes and adapt it to the changing needs of the client. For this purpose, approximately 120 person hours per year are planned for the entire contract period. The commissioning is carried out by the client.Until the end of the contract term, the retrieval of the person hours can be both over and undershot. The call-up of support services may be omitted in individual years. No entitlement to acceptance of this hourly quota shall exist.
