The proof must be provided by naming the control centre, a contact person, contact details, the number of operating control centres and the number of dispatchers trained by the contractor. The contracting authority reserves the right to verify the tenderer’s information with the relevant reference contractor.

Proof of company liability (with the offer; by means of third-party declaration): Proof of an existing, currently valid company liability insurance. The total amount of liability coverage should be at least EUR 1 million for personal/property damage per year of insurance.

If this is not the case, the bidder must provide a self-declaration that in the case of an order he is willing to conclude a corresponding insurance immediately and before the award of the contract and to provide proof of a corresponding conclusion in the case of an order on request of the client within 5 calendar days. This self-declaration can be made informally and must be attached to the offer.

It must also be accompanied by the declaration of an insurer (in uncertified copy) that he is ready to conclude a corresponding insurance with the bidder. The insurance should include the additional component "product liability insurance". The insurance is to be held for the entire term of the contract. Corresponding evidence shall be provided at the request of the contracting entity.

DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001 (With the offer; by means of self-declaration): Required is the submission of a valid DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001 certificate The scope (scope) of the certification must include the services to be provided within the framework of this tender or the relevant business processes. If a corresponding certification is not available or the scope does not fully cover the advertised service, an organisational security concept or a self-declaration of the information security management system (ISMS) must be submitted instead. It shall set out the organisational, technical and procedural measures taken by the tenderer to ensure information security in its organisation.
