1. O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się Wykonawcy, którzy spełniają warunki udziału w postępowaniu, określone w art. 112 ust. 2 ustawy Pzp dotyczące: 1) zdolności do występowania w obrocie gospodarczym. Zamawiający nie określa warunku w powyższym zakresie i tym samym nie wymaga podmiotowego środka dowodowego. 2) uprawnień do prowadzenia określonej działalności gospodarczej lub zawodowej, o ile wynika to z odrębnych przepisów. Zamawiający nie określa warunku w powyższym zakresie i tym samym nie wymaga podmiotowego środka dowodowego. 3) sytuacji ekonomicznej lub finansowej. Zamawiający nie określa warunku w powyższym zakresie i tym samym nie wymaga podmiotowego środka dowodowego. 4) zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej. Zamawiający określa następujące warunki w tym zakresie: a) Wykonawca nie wcześniej niż w okresie ostatnich 3 lat, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie wykonał co najmniej jedno zamówienie polegające na dzierżawie urządzeń wielofunkcyjnych i systemu wydruku podążającego, o wartości nie mniejszej niż 300 000,00 zł brutto.
