What the buyer wants
Herning Municipality's library must have replaced its sorting system. The sorting system must be installed at the Herning Municipality Central Library, Østergade 8, 7400 Herning in the same physical framework as the current sorting system. The final contract implies that the supplier must:
- remove and dispose of existing plants
- deliver, install, operate and test the sorting plant
- deliver accessories as specified in Annex 2 - the specification of requirements
- provide documentation and user and maintenance instructions
- train staff in the library in the use of sorting facilities and accessories
- provide guarantees
- provide services and support. Current installations must be dismantled in Q2-Q3 2027. The new facility of the library shall be supplied, set up, tested and approved in Q2-Q3 2027 as specified in paragraph 6.3 of Annex 2 - Requirements specification.

A. Sorteringsanlægget samt anlægget funktioner 60% B. Garanti, Service- og supportaftale 10% C. Leverandørens plan for nedtagning af nuværende anlæg 10% D. Leverandørens plan for opbygning samt implementering af nyt anlæg 20% A. Tilbudsgiver skal udfylde en beskrivelse af anlægget. Som minimum skal anlægget overholde kravene til anlægget som beskrevet i Bilag 2 – Kravsspecifikation. Det fremgår af Bilag 4 – oversigt over vægtning af evalueringskriterier hvilke punkter tilbudsgiveren skal beskrive og som ordregiver lægger positiv vægt på. B. Tilbudsgiver skal som en del af tilbuddet afgive en beskrivelse af den tilbudte garanti samt de to tilbudte service- og supportaftaler ”All inclusive” og ”Basic”. C. Tilbudsgiver skal udarbejde en beskrivelse samt tidsplan for nedtagning af nuværende anlæg. D. Tilbudsgiver skal udarbejde en beskrivelse samt tidsplan for opbygning af nyt anlæg samt implementering.
