License procurement for the provision of virtual work environments

The products must come from a distribution channel authorised by the manufacturer and must be properly registered with the manufacturer. The contractor guarantees that the delivered products are technically fully functional.

For public supply contracts: The economic operator shall provide the required samples, descriptions or photographs of the goods to be supplied and, where appropriate, provide the certificates of authenticity.

The bidder declares that he has performed comparable services in the last 3 years. If his offer is shortlisted, he will, upon request of the client, provide three reference proofs with the following information: contact person; the type of service performed; order amount; the period of execution; keyword-type designation of the relevant scope of services performed with own personnel; the number of employees employed on average; Information on the contractual commitment (main contractor, ARGE partner, subcontractor, .....).

The tenderer declares that he/she has at his/her disposal the staff necessary to perform the services. If his offer is shortlisted, he will, at the request of the contracting authority/entity, indicate the number of employees employed annually on average in the last three financial years, broken down by wage group with extra designated management staff.

The economic operator has taken out professional indemnity insurance for the following amount: 400.000€

Information on the payment of taxes, duties and contributions to social security: The offeror declares that he has duly fulfilled his obligation to pay taxes and contributions and social security contributions insofar as they are subject to the obligation to pay contributions. If his offer/application for participation is shortlisted, he will, upon request of the client, receive a certificate of safety from the collective social security fund, a certificate of safety from the tax office, or Certificate in tax matters as well as an exemption certificate according to § 48b EStG.

The specific, average annual turnover of the economic operator in the sector covered by the contract, in the number of financial years required by the relevant contract notice, procurement documents or the EEAS, shall be indicated.

The bidder is a member of the Berufsgenossenschaft If his offer/application for participation is shortlisted, he will, upon request of the client, submit a qualified certificate of safety from the Berufsgenossenschaft of the insurance institution responsible for me with an indication of the wage amounts.

Entry in the professional register of their registered office or residence: - The bidder is registered in the commercial register. - The bidder is not obliged to enter in the commercial register. If his offer/application for participation is shortlisted, he will be submitted to us at the request of the client for confirmation of his declaration: business registration, commercial register extract and registration in the crafts role or at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
