What the buyer wants
The tenderer shall attach to his tender a plan of the intended path. After conclusion of the contract and implementation of the required connections, the tenderer must document the route in detail to the contracting authority. The successful tenderer shall be obliged to resubmit the planned route to the contracting entity before the start of the realisation. If and insofar as the customer wishes another route to avoid overlaps with existing data communication connections, the contractor is obliged to comply with this request. If this leads to increased costs for the contractor, these will be remunerated on the basis of the calculative basis of the offer for the present tender, which will then be disclosed.
