Maintenance and development services of the registration and registration system of audit firms

The subject of the contract is: 1) the provision by the contractor of comprehensive maintenance and development services of the System for the Registration and Registration System of Auditor Companies STREFA PANA (hereinafter referred to as the System), operated in the cloud infrastructure environment, together with: (a) familiarising the System before the implementation of the System maintenance service, on the basis of the documentation and source codes available to the Contracting Authority; (b) the administration of the public cloud service, intended for the System, provided by the Contracting Authority. 2) the development of the system to a maximum of 11,000 man-hours (basic contract – 4000, option – 7000), based on public cloud computing service, together with: (a) the provision to the contracting authority of the system modification, including the transfer of source codes (uncompiled) and result codes of the Software, together with the Documentation; (b) the implementation of the system modification in the System Infrastructure, (c) the manufacture, transfer to the contracting authority, and the transfer to the contracting authority of the copyright rights to works created in the performance of the contract, (d) the granting of a guarantee to the System, (3) the provision of transit services by the contractor and the execution of the final transfer. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is given in Annex No 1 to the proposed provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex No 1 to the specifications of the contract conditions (SGM).
