What the buyer wants
The acquisition involves the technical acquisition, maintenance and small-scale development services of the Reskontra and Recovery System (later described as "REPE") of the Employment Fund (later entitled "Client"), as well as additional development sites to be ordered separately. The system solution is based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Acquisition includes: - regular version increases - version updates - ensuring the system's reliability. - small development - separately adapted and ordered development packages; The procurement is described in more detail in this invitation to tender and its annexes. Procurement will be subject to an indefinite agreement. The aim is for the contract period to start in spring 2027. The exact start date shall be agreed with the selected supplier.

Hankinnan kohteena on Työllisyysrahaston (myöhemmin ”Tilaaja”) reskontra- ja perintäjärjestelmän (myöhemmin kuvattuna ” REPE”) teknisen haltuunoton, ylläpidon- ja pienkehityksen palvelut sekä erikseen tilattavat jatkokehityskohteet. Järjestelmän ratkaisu perustuu Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations- sovellukseen. Hankinta sisältää: - säännölliset versiokorotukset - versiopäivitykset - järjestelmän toimintavarmuuden varmistaminen. - pienkehitykset - erikseen sovittavat ja tilattavat kehityskokonaisuudet Hankinta on kuvattu tarkemmin tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Hankinnasta tullaan tekemään toistaiseksi voimassa oleva sopimus. Tavoitteena on, että sopimuskausi alkaa keväällä 2027. Tarkka aloitusajankohta sovitaan valitun toimittajan kanssa.
