    To Τμήμα 1 αφορά σε Υπηρεσίες Συντήρησης/Ανανέωσης των υφιστάμενων αδειών SAP που κατέχει η αναθέτουσα αρχή και η προμήθεια νέων, ώστε να ικανοποιηθούν οι επιχειρησιακοί και λειτουργικοί σκοποί του φορέα.     Το Τμήμα ΙΙ περιλαμβάνει τις ακόλουθες υπηρεσίες διάρκειας 700 α/ημερών: 1. Παραμετροποίηση / Νέα λειτουργικότητα SAP/R3 Ανάλογα με τις υπηρεσιακές ανάγκες, ο φορέας είναι δυνατόν να απαιτήσει από τον ανάδοχο την προσθήκη νέας λειτουργικότητας ή πρόσθετης λειτουργικότητας σε υποσυστήματα (modules) του SAP/R3. Η παροχή υπηρεσιών αφορά την προσαρμογή του SAP/R3 στις επιχειρησιακές και λειτουργικές ανάγκες του φορέα. Ενδεικτικά αναφέρονται: • συμμόρφωση με myData (my Digital Accounting & Tax Application) – Ηλεκτρονικά Βιβλία ΑΑΔΕ. • παρακολούθηση του συνόλου των συναλλαγών εσόδων / εξόδων των επιχειρήσεων και λοιπών οντοτήτων που τηρούν Λογιστικά Αρχεία κατά τα Ελληνικά Λογιστικά Πρότυπα (ΕΛΠ) • απεικόνιση του λογιστικού και φορολογικού αποτελέσματος των επιχειρήσεων, όπως προκύπτει από τα δεδομένα των Ηλεκτρονικών Βιβλίων • παραμετροποίηση για υποβολή παρακρατούμενων φόρων στο taxis σύμφωνα με το υφιστάμενο ή τυχόν νέο πλαίσιο. • υποστήριξη εργασιών (πχ ΜΥΦ, βεβαιώσεις κλπ) εν όψει κλεισίματος χρήσης. 2. Υποστήριξη Ολοκληρωμένου Πληροφοριακού Συστήματος (ΟΠΣ) Ο ανάδοχος θα παράσχει υπηρεσίες υποστήριξης τελικών χρηστών στην Αναθέτουσα Αρχή καθώς και υπηρεσίες υποστήριξης για όλα τα υποσυστήματα (modules) του ΟΠΣ (Ολοκληρωμένο Πληροφοριακό Σύστημα). Στα πλαίσια της υπηρεσίας υποστήριξης χρηστών ο οικονομικός φορέας αναλαμβάνει τα ακόλουθα: • οφείλει να διαθέτει σε ετοιμότητα τεχνικό προσωπικό, η εμπειρία του οποίου είναι ευθύνη του οικονομικού φορέα, ώστε να εξασφαλίζει στα απαιτούμενα χρονικά διαστήματα, την αποκατάσταση βλαβών. • υποχρεούται να καταγράφει τα χαρακτηριστικά στοιχεία των βλαβών που αναφέρονται από το προσωπικό της αναθέτουσας αρχής.
