What the buyer wants
The purpose of this service contract is to provide a managed Cybersecurity service to incorporate and implement in the City of Sagunto, in order to achieve its comprehensive protection.
This contract is intended to define and implement the OTC Cybersecurity Technical Office, which will be formed by the New Technologies area of the City of Sagunto with the successful contractor, so that a Technical Operational Office is available for the development and monitoring of the processes of Cybersecurity Management, Prevention, Detection and Response through the implementation of comprehensive Managed Security Services.
The OTC is therefore expected to have direct, continued and cross-cutting support for the management, coordination and continuous improvement of information security and protection, as well as an element of assistance and accompaniment in policy, care and compliance processes in the life cycle and integral process of corporate cybersecurity.
It is intended to ensure that the Technical Office of Cybersecurity does not only provide for a reactive service, but also a strategic structure coordinated between the successful tenderer and the management of the municipal OTC for the development and implementation of good governance, risk control, accompaniment, assistance and continuous improvement, aligned with the ENS and with real capacity for integration and coordination on the municipal organization.
