The tenderer must submit a self-declaration of eligibility with the following information WITH A SUBMISSION: - Declaration on business/business registration; - Declaration of registration at Chamber of Crafts or Chamber of Commerce and Industry; - Declaration on commercial registers; - Declaration on grounds for exclusion according to §§ 123 ff. GWB; - Self-declaration regarding Russia sanctions; - Self-declaration of certified Relution partners -> Proof of suitability for all required self-declarations can also be provided by an entry in a certification list.
