   The North Karelia Welfare Area (Siun sote) renews its medical equipment register to meet the current requirements of data management, usability, traceability and integration. The system must be a ready-to-use, production-based SaaS-based medical device register system that supports the management of social and healthcare equipment. Medical devices and equipment may be stored in the register. The solution should support the management of the whole life cycle of devices, ensure the timeliness and integrity of the data and allow for the role-based use of different user groups for desktop browser and mobile use. Acquisition includes access to the system, deployment and delivery project with integration, transfer of information from the current system, maintenance, support services and normal version updates of the system and other services specified in the tender documents. The content and requirements of the delivery are described in the tender documents and their annexes. The contracting entity has conducted a market dialogue during the preparatory phase of the procurement, by publishing a call for information in Hilma on 17 February 2026, the name of the declaration Information request: Medical device register, Hilma 2026-041337, notification reference / diari number 598561. By means of a market dialogue, the contracting entity has identified the solutions available on the market and assessed the alternatives appropriate to the needs of the contracting entity. The information obtained in the market dialogue has been taken into account in the preparation of the procurement, but the requirements of the call for tenders have been defined on the basis of the actual needs of the contracting entity itself.
