What the buyer wants

The framework agreement has a term of 12 months with a one-time, active extension option for a further 12 months and starts with the award of the contract, but at the earliest on 01.12.2026. Estimated purchase volumes: The total number of existing licenses for various Micro Focus software products is currently 41,254 units. The estimated need for care services and troubleshooting for the existing licenses is therefore also 41.254 units per year.
Maximum acceptance quantities: In addition to the above-mentioned estimated requirements, up to 801 further licenses of various Micro Focus software products for permanent assignment as well as associated maintenance services and troubleshooting can be retrieved from the framework agreement.
The maximum acceptance quantities for the transfer of new licences thus total 801 units and the maximum acceptance quantities for the care services together with remediation thus total (stock and new licences) annually 42,055 units. There is no obligation to accept minimum quantities.
