Es handelt sich um die Verlängerung bestehender Lizenz- und Nutzungsrechte ohne grundlegende Änderung der bestehenden IT-Landschaft.

If my/our offer/application for participation is shortlisted, I/we will provide the relevant proof at the request of the awarding authority to confirm my/our above information/declarations: - Business Registration Statement - Proof of entry in another professional register - If applicable. Negative certificate(s) in relation to the above proof of professional practice - Proof of registration with the Chamber of Crafts - Proof of registration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Business registration - Certificate of registration with the professional association
In the form "Self-declaration of eligibility" the following information must be provided: reference services from the last 5 financial years, which are comparable to the service to be awarded. Information on the comparability of references or further definitions on the requirements for references (if necessary): - If my / our offer / request to participate is shortlisted, I / we will provide a written confirmation from the client on request that I / we have provided the services as requested. In the case of a request to participate, the reference certificates shall be submitted with the request to participate. Note: In the context of the procurement procedure, references submitted may not be corrected if they do not comply with the specified requirements. It is strongly recommended that the references entered in the prequalification list and the references submitted be carefully compared with the specific requirements of the respective procurement procedure. Only complete and accurate references can be considered in the assessment.
In the form "Self-declaration of suitability" the following information is to be provided: - Information about insolvency proceedings or comparable legally regulated procedures - Information about corporate liquidation - Information that no serious misconduct has been committed that calls into question the reliability - Obligations to pay taxes and other duties - Duties for statutory social insurance and contributions of the joint institution(s) of the collective bargaining parties in accordance with § 5 No. 3 of the Posting of Workers Act (AEntG). If my/our offer/application to participate is shortlisted, I/we will submit the following proof at the request of the awarding authority in relation to the fulfilment of these obligations, insofar as they have not already been provided within the framework of the prequalification: - exemption certificate of the tax office for tax deduction in construction services according to § 48 b Income Tax Act (EStG) or - in the case of companies whose construction services are subject to the VOB, but are not subject to taxation - a general so-called construction deduction tax proving harmlessness. Certificate of the tax office in tax matters - Safety certificate of the authority responsible for municipal taxes with regard to the contributions to the statutory social insurance and, if applicable, the collective bargaining funds: - Safety certificate(s) of the competent entry office(s) for the payment of the social insurance contributions to the health, nursing, pension and unemployment insurance (usually total social insurance certificate(s) of the health insurance funds, alternatively individual proof of the competent office(s) in the applicable insurance branches), furthermore - Safety certificate(s) of the competent accident insurance institution(s) (professional association(s) or other accident insurance funds) in qualified form with indication of the wage sums as well as - Safety certificate(s) of the competent collective bargaining fund(s) (e.g., social insurance fund(s) for the construction industry or other competent social insurance fund(s) or alternatively - in the case of employment relationships with commercial employees covered by the Federal Framework Agreement for the Construction Industry (BRTV) - a so-called "Bundesrahmentarifvertrag für den Baugewerbe" (Bundesrahmen Certificate of release from liability of the collective agreement social security fund (SOKA-Bau) within the meaning of § 14 Posting of Workers Act (AEntG) In the event of the legal or actual impossibility of submitting such proof, I/we will report this to the awarding authority and, if necessary, endeavour to provide the corresponding proof with their cooperation. In the event of a duty or contribution exemption, I/we will also provide a negative certificate at the request of the awarding authority, if necessary, stating that there is no obligation to pay.
