Microsoft licenses - WPF - technical support guarantee, access to Microsoft 365 software - II procedure The object of the contract is to renew the subscription to Microsoft 365 A3 software, Azure Dev Tools for Teaching subscription to the Purchase Account under Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) as part of its lease (tenanta) to ensure continuity of operation and development of current and future systems, applications and services. 1. Quantity specification of the subject of the order includes the following types of subscription: - AAD-38391 M365 A3 Unified Edu Sub Per User – or equivalent product – 500 licenses - AAD-38397 M365 A3 Unified Edu Sub Student Use Benefit Per User – or equivalent product – 20,000 licenses 2. Technical support service. The purchaser requires delivery of products for 36 months. The contractor is obliged to have the unlimited status of Microsoft LSP partner. The ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes offered by the contractor: - are not subject to the recommendation of the Government Attorney for Cybersecurity stating their negative impact on the fundamental security interest of the State referred to in Article 226(1)(17) of the Pzp Act - do not originate from the supplier of equipment or software for which a final decision was issued to recognise as a high risk supplier under the provisions of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System (Article 226(1)(19) of the Pzp Act).
