Microsoft Software licenses under an Enterprise Agreement (EA) contract

At the request of the contracting authority, the company must provide: - if applicable: completed proof subcontractor, Form 533b EU; - if applicable: completed declaration Eligibility loan liability, Form 534b EU; - if applicable. Declarations and proof of the suitability of third parties/subcontractors/subcontractors.

The company must submit an offer: - Indication of the main services provided in the last 3 years with indication of the value, the period of service provision and the customer (see self-declaration on eligibility). At the request of the awarding authority, the company must provide: - proof of the reference projects for the information/declaration in the self-declaration on suitability and the reference list.

The company must provide with the submission of a tender: - indicate the average employees of the bidder, as well as the employees who are to be used in connection with the provision of services (see self-declaration on suitability); - Information on the Microsoft qualifications / training of consultants and specialists and the accessibility for Microsoft license consulting, support and order processing for the commissioned licenses and software assurances (see self-declaration on eligibility). At the request of the contracting authority, the undertaking must provide: - proof of the number of employees on average per year in the last three years together with the indication of the management to the declaration in the self-declaration of suitability; - Proof of the Microsoft qualifications / training of consultants and specialists and the accessibility for Microsoft license consulting, support and order processing for the commissioned licenses and software assurances on the information / declaration in the self-declaration of suitability.
