Mobile check-in application pay as you go

The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the acquisition of a mobile Pay- As- You- Go (MPAYG) mobile mobile application, which is eligible for use in the various transport systems for individual passenger journeys across the transport systems concerned (the Application).

The implementation also includes the provision of operation / support Application and internal web application (backoffice) for clients with up-to-date information about users, travel, transactions, statistical data, including the possibility of exporting raw data during the selected period. The contracting authority shall, in accordance with § 131 et seq.

ZVZZ, under the current application of § 169 ZZZZZZ, conclude a framework agreement with one participant whose tender will be assessed as the most advantageous in the procurement procedure for the period specified below in the procurement documents.

The award of contracts under the framework agreement will take place without the renewal of the competition in accordance with the conditions laid down in the framework agreement, according to the actual needs and requirements of the contracting authority, and the contracting authority is not obliged to withdraw any minimum volume of services.

The procuring entity for the avoidance of doubt states that only the contracting entity (not the other region) will be a party to the framework agreement, assuming the possibility of withdrawing the Application under individual implementing agreements also for use in other regions in the Czech Republic. The possibilities of providing the Application also to other regions will be the subject of negotiations with suppliers at the negotiating stage. Further information is given in the specification.
