Modernization of the information system of Prachatice Hospital to ensure interoperability

The purpose of the supply is to upgrade and expand the functionalities of the hospital information system (NIS), the laboratory system (LIS), the electronic archiving systems of the health documentation, i.e. the trusted electronic archive (DEA) of the written documentation and the electronic archive of image studies (PACS) and the online services for patients in the fields of standardisation of the electronic health documentation, the implementation of electronic health identifiers from the tribal registers and the use of reference data from the central electronic health registers and exchange networks for the two-way access of the electronic health documentation to authorised recipients through the information and telecommunications technologies of the system, and the delivery of integration interfaces and services for eHealth.

The supply includes interfaces and services for connection to the infrastructure of systems and services Accredited Affinity Domain (AAFD) and provision of two-way communication, development of cross-border communication through the National Contact Point for eHealth (NCPeH) and connection to electronic services and registers of Integrated Data Interface Health (IDRR).

The fulfilment of the VZ also includes services for an indefinite period of time for upgraded information systems, application software, related technologies and equipment.
