MS Enterprise Agreement

1.The subject of the order is the subscription of communication, security, client and server operating system packages, standard platform service packages and the provision of Software Assurance services for Microsoft software licenses (hereinafter jointly referred to as Products) as part of the extension of the Enterprise Agreement agreement, along with the extension of their functions and additional contractor support. 2. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of using the option to extend the number of subscriptions. Under the option right, the Contracting Authority reserves the option to order additional subscriptions as indicated in Table 2 of the OPA as an option right (maximum 200). 3. Term of performance: The Contractor undertakes to provide subscription of software packages and additional hourly support, in accordance with the OGA and the Offer, for a period of 36 months from 01.01.2027, or from the date of signature of the collection protocol referred to in paragraph 3 of the Agreement, if the Agreement is signed later. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with subscriptions, activation keys (if required) and all documents necessary to benefit from the subscription within 5 working days of the conclusion of the contract. 4. The description of the order is specified in the special description of the subject of the contract -(OPP) which is attached to the SWZ.
