1. The subject of the contract is the provision of network services for the Wielkopolska Provincial Office in Poznań between the following locations: − Poznań, Al. Niepodległości 16/18, hereinafter referred to as the Central and Branch offices: − Piła, ul. Children of Poland 26, − Konin, ul. Aleje 1 Maja 7, − Kalisz, ul. Kolegialna 4, − Leszno, Plac Kościuszko 4. 2. Connections must guarantee a branch-Central connection. The Ordering Party will make available all areas of sewerage, chess, and cable routes in its management at a given address. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is given in Annex 4 to the WWZ. 4. The Ordering Party shall not bear any installation fees associated with the launch of the service.
