NOTICE OF INTERNATIONAL ELECTRONIC PUBLIC OPEN TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF MULTIFACTOR AUTHENTICATION LICENSES (multifactor authentication – MFA) FOR SECURE REMOTE USER CONNECTION, FOR ONE (1) YEAR AND THE SUPPLY OF MICROSOFT TEAMS ESSENTIALS LICENSES, FOR THREE (3) YEARS.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI to Appendix I to Law 4412/2016.

Economic operators should have an average annual turnover for the last two (2) closed management uses in the field of activities related to the subject-matter of the subcontracted SECTION of this Declaration, at least equal to or greater than 100% of the total budget of SECTION or SECTIONS for which a bid will be submitted, without VAT.

The prospective contractor should indicate the characteristics, activity, technical infrastructure (e.g. equipment, machinery, installations), the staff employed by specialisation and the ability to perform the requested project, as well as the means of quality control of the services provided.

The contractor should have specialised know-how, proven professional capacity and experience in projects of a relevant and similar size. It should have appropriate logistical equipment, proven professional employment, specialised knowledge and documented experience regarding the project's subject matter.

Economic operators submitting a tender must comply with the Quality Assurance System under the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 on Quality Management, or equivalent, by an accredited body, for the design, development and support of IT systems in the fields of e-government, document management and workflows and the disposal of IT and software systems, as well as ISO 27001:2022 on Information Security or equivalent, by an accredited body, for the design, development and support of IT systems in the areas of e-government, document management and workflows and the provision of IT and software systems.

The prospective contractor should state the main contracts for the provision of similar or similar projects, and a brief description of the main, corresponding (in scope and budget) to the announced projects, which were implemented over the previous two years (2 years) with an indication of their economic value, implementation time and recipient of the project, any partners and the percentage (%) of the applicant's participation in them.

Economic operators should have an average annual turnover for the last two (2) closed management uses in the area of activities related to the sub-contracted SECTION of this Declaration, at least equal to or greater than 100% of the total budget of the SECTION or SECTIONS for which a bid will be submitted, without VAT.

Economic operators submitting a tender must comply with the Quality Assurance System under the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management, or equivalent, by an accredited organisation, for the design, development and support of IT systems in the areas of electronic governance, management of documents and workflows and the provision of IT and software systems, as well as ISO 27001:2022 for Information Security or equivalent, by an accredited body, for the design, development and support of IT systems in the areas of electronic governance, management of documents and workflows and disposal of IT and software systems.

The prospective Contractor should state the main contracts for the provision of similar or related projects, and a brief description of the main, corresponding (in scope and budget) to the announced projects, which were implemented in the previous two years (2 years) with an indication of their economic value, the time of implementation and the recipient of the project, any partners, as well as the percentage of the candidate's participation in them.
