What the buyer wants
This declaration concerns the selection of Contractors for the supply of items and the provision of services with computer objects (competence of the Department of Electronic and Network Systems of the Hellenic Ministry of Culture). The technical specifications of the requested species are detailed in Annex V to this Declaration. The offer will concern the whole item and if it does not cover it, it will be rejected as inadmissible. Alternative offers are not allowed.
The purpose of the contract is to renew the Maintenance and Support Program (SA) of the Microsoft Licenses of the Ministry The requested provision of services concerns the renewal of the maintenance and support program (Software Assurance - SA) of Microsoft company software licenses available to the Office. It is noted that, following a tender procedure for the award of a contract by the competent financial services, its supply took place, valid until October 2026 (31-10-2026).
However, as this programme is considered necessary for the smooth operation, security and continued support of the Ministry's information systems, it is necessary to renew it for three (3) years.
